Click Download in the top-right corner.
Open the .dmg file once it saves to your computer.
Drag the Epic Games Launcher icon into the Applications folder window.
Open your Applications folder.
Double-click the Epic Games Launcher to start it.
You should verify that your computer can run the launcher before you try to install it.
Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.13 or higher.
Storage: You need approximately 1 GB of free space for the launcher itself.
You might encounter errors during installation.
Permissions: Right-click the installer file and select Run as Administrator if it fails to open.
Antivirus: Your security software might block the program mistakenly. You can pause your antivirus temporarily to finish the install.
Updates: You must let the launcher finish its self-update process the first time you open it. Do not close the window while the bar is filling up.
