How to update Epic Games billing info

You keep your payment details current to buy games, V-Bucks, and subscriptions without interruption. You can manage your saved cards and accounts directly through your profile settings.

Access your payment settings

You must log in via a browser to change these details. You cannot change billing info inside the console versions of games like Fortnite.

 Go to epicgames.com.

 Sign in to your Epic Games account.

 Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner.

 Select Account.

 Click Payments Management in the left-hand menu.

Add a new payment method

You can save a credit card or PayPal account for faster checkout.

 Click Add Payment Method.

 Choose Credit Card or PayPal.

 Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC.

 Enter your billing address if prompted.

 Click Save.

Delete an old payment method

You should remove expired cards or old accounts to avoid declined transactions.

 Find the payment method you want to remove on the Payments Management page.

 Click the trash bin icon next to that card or account.

 Click Confirm to permanently delete it.

Note: You generally cannot “edit” a card number. If you get a new card with a different number, you must delete the old one and add the new one.

View your purchase history

You might want to check how much you spent recently.

 Click Transactions in the left-hand menu.

 Review your past receipts for games, DLC, and virtual currency.

 Click on a specific description to see the invoice details.
